I am beyond any label, because the Wind is hard to fit into the limits of the mind. But if you want to know the path I have walked, here it is.

The path

Half a century of unveiling

1973

Birth

Wieluń, Poland, in a family that is half a magical mystery to me and half a love that still moves me. Childhood without computers or phones, spent outdoors and in the woods.

1992

Rebellious young poetry

Music of the 70s, dark poetry, great sensitivity and a cry in discovering who I am.

1990s

Finding God

From atheism to faith, a conscious baptism in a Protestant church and theology studies with a view to becoming a pastor. At the same time, occupational therapy with a specialisation in psychotherapy.

2007

The path of self-discovery

Charismatic experiences, bioenergy therapy courses and work with subtle energy. Leaving behind beliefs that limited me.

2011

United Kingdom

I start working as a carer for people paralysed after spinal injuries. I still do this work today.

2012

Living on Light

September: a 21-day initiation that changed my understanding of life. More below and in the Light Diary.

2015

Dark Retreat

Several personal stays in deep sensory deprivation. Since 2016 I lead group Insight Processes.

2020

Heart Breath

Out of many breathing schools grows my own calm, four-phase breath.

Today

A mirror for you

Individual and group meetings, talks, books and music. I grow this alongside my work as a carer, in Poland and the UK.

Since 7.09.2012

Living on Light

In September 2012, moved by the “wind of the heart”, I went through a 21-day initiation inspired by Jasmuheen's book “Living on Light”. Since then I have called my path living on light: freedom from the compulsion to eat.

It does not mean not eating. It is about freedom: food as a choice, not a compulsion or a habit taught by consumer culture. This experience became a breakthrough in listening to myself. It integrates my mind, my emotions and my Higher Self.

For me the most important thing was and is knowing God, discovering the Source in my life through experience rather than lofty philosophy.

This is my personal testimony, not a recommendation. I do not encourage anyone to fast or change their diet without consulting a doctor.

In the press

Wiatr z serca

An interview with Jolanta Podsiadła about my path to myself, to God and to other people: occupational therapy and theology, living on light, the Dark Retreat and the breath. The interview is in Polish.

“When we search for God, for salvation, it is a chase after a better tomorrow. But God, the Source, whatever word we choose, reveals itself here and now.”
